Complaint from Dianna Templeman Herriman, UTover 4 years agoTook in a 2X3 buck & got 16 lbs of venison total. Later took in a cow elk in mid Oct & only got 50 lbs of meat w beef fat added to burger. Took the same size cow elk to a different butcher and took home 157 pounds of meat. Something really fishy going on here!! Don't trust them! We were shorted at least 50 lbs of venison and 100 lbs of elk meat!
